There were 3 respecting judges and media were also involved in function. Anchor welcomed all the judges, participant and media. And then event started with the bhajan of krishna sung by sagar who is the student of CBitss. And then performance started by the participants.Judges was giving marks to them and distribute the scholarship, trophy and memento according to their performance.

event image2.jpg A boy named “ROY” was playing guitar and sung a mashup of Hindi music. That was my favorite. And also there was boy “RISHABH” was playing keyboard and sung a beautiful song. A Lady approx-35-40 age “APARNA” was dancing on Rajasthani song. A kid of 12 years old sung a old song of Raffi sir was so heart touching and he got 30 out of 30 marks and 50,000 rs. Of scholarship. There was a no. of talent performed.
And, after all performance when the event was at the end position CBitss taken post interview of participant in which they told us that what they did with their scholarship after their particular course .
It was great experience with CBItss because CBitss educate everyone student as well as employees. I am employee in CBitss as a digital marketing expert. And i am very glad after joining CBitss.

ESI - Employee state insurance

  • In case of sickness lasting more than 91 days, employee is benefited.
  • Medical benefits and facilities are provided if required to the employee and his/her family.
  • Paid leaves of three months as a maternity benefit is provided to pregnant women employees.
  • In case of death of an employee within the company premises or due to any occupational hazard, ESIC pays 90% of employee’s salary to his/her dependents every month.
  • In case the employee becomes disabled to work he/she will be paid 90% of the monthly salary.
  • There are various other benefits being offered by ESIC  to employees which includes funeral expenses compensation, physical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, old age medical care, etc.
  • In the recent years ESIC has introduced a Smart Card called PEHCHAN Smart Card with the help of Information Technology. This card is being provided to the registered employees in order to avail the benefits in more easier and hassle free ways.
  • Adding to this, the poor families and insured labour class workers are also eligible to avail the facilities under the scheme Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna in ESI dispensaries and Hospitals throughout India.
